Do not, under any circumstances, finance a vehicle with Casey. Especially if your credit is less than stellar. I made the mistake of trusting them at their word. I asked questions up front, which were answered untruthfully. I have a device placed in my car which shuts it off THE day my payment is due. When I told Casey the days I was paid, they said my payments would be due on those days. Wrong. They set the payments up so that my payment is due the day before I get paid. Because of that, it looks like my payments are made late, AND my car shuts off if I don't immediately make a payment, by phone, on that day. I have to call in for a new code every two weeks for years so taht I can drive my own car.
If you have difficulty at any time making a payment, do not expect them to work with you. instead, you will not be able to drive your car until a FULL payment is made.
The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. The so-called customer service representatives at their financing company give you erroneous information, which only hurts you, not them. They hang up on you, refuse to call you back, and treat you poorly.
If you have to finance a car, go to your credit union, bank, or anywhere else you can. Do NOT be duped by them.
Do not even drive through the car lot. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Casey. After getting the vehicle home I noticed I did not have an owners manual with the car ( I know I should have noticed sooner). When I went back to ask for one I was meet by my salesman that acted like I was no longer his problem and told me to just go talk to the sales manager. When I asked the manager if he could possibly get me one (considering Casey owns a honda dealership) he instructed me that he could sell me one. You would think that after spending $15,000 they would be pleased to retrieve me a manual for the vehicle, but no. After the purchase of the vehicle was complete they treated me and avoided me like the plague! Much more I could list but not enough room. Take the advice of the other individual above and myself! Go somewhere else!!! Don't waste your time!!!
