Complete Ripoff

Shipped a 6 lb package to return some shoes to Chicago today via UPS Ground they charged $38. A complete ripoff. When I got home looked it up could have taken to much any other ups counter for $20. Would not use this store.

I forgot to note the tracking number on my package. The staff person I spoke to was very helpful with information about standard shipping practices and what I should still expect for my package....
