This place is terrible, I lived there for two years because we needed space, for all the problems this place has I should have just lived in my car. Maintenance sucks, they spend most of the time riding golf carts over to the ABC store that's right behind the place. Carybrook Townhomes sucks. Do not let the cheap rent fool you. Basically you get what you pay for. Management sucks,Maintenance sucks. Don't let the model fool you your place will look NOTHING like that. Of course they have time to remodel the show unit, but when it comes to your property they will blow you off, or better yet tape what needs to be fixed. Maint, do not have a problem telling you...

This is the worst place to live! We lived there for a year only because we had a lease. They have massive cockroach problems, their maintenance never fixes anything and we had nothing but problems. We complained about out windows leaking sense we moved in and it was never fixed. Beware of this place. It might be cheap BUT you do get what you pay for.

I saw these apartments yesterday. I gave maintenance a 5-star rating because I saw two different workers fixing stuff on a Saturday. That would never happen where I am moving out of. I hope I get this place.

Stay away, far far away.
