In August 2006 I bought a Honda Accord 1994 for my daughter, from Cars Market in Arlington VA. It cost $4,000, I gave him (the owner) $2,000 and the remaining in 4 months. I paid the full debt, but I didn't come to get the title. When I came back in 2008 the dealer wasn't there!! instead there was a building construction. At this day, I am looking for the owner with no luck. Please if anybody...
