A high profile realtor-renovator team that has been flipping houses across the Fan and Museum districts promised us ‘our perfect house.’ Unfortunately, that house came with plumbing nightmares ranging from an improperly installed boiler to non-heating radiators to leaking pipes, stripped fixtures, and rotten, split sewer lines left in the basement.

VERY RUDE and Does NOT stand by his work

If I could give negative stars, I would. Ben, the owner of the company was extremely rude and did not stand by his work. The guys he sent out however, were very nice and tried to help as best they could. I literally moved into the house where he had done the work the day before the hot water heater that he installed went out. Without even looking at it, he told me that it wasn't his fault. ...

Long time customer with most recent experience being replacement of a hot water heater. All aspects of install were great- from initial set up of appt , service guys were on time, work was done professionally and neatly, and an actual follow up call to see how it went. Great customer service all around.

In addition to fixing the temperature controls on the hot water heater, the technician imparted a lot of practical knowledge to his assistant - a high school senior working at Carroll for the summer.
