Worst customer service EVER. Glad we are switching over to gas. Last winter they let us run out of fuel...we were on automatic delivery. We have always paid on time and did the year round plan, so they took approx. $200/month year round. Now, they are trying to keep the overage we paid by putting us on hold, transferring our calls, disconnecting and generally giving us the run around. We had a...

I love the friendly and professional employees at Carroll!!! They have helped me through several winters by providing oil and repairing by boiler on cold winter nights. They have respond promptly and every call I make let's me know I can depend on them!!! Thanks to all for what you do smile emoticon
