After living here for a year and always paying on time I needed an extra 3 weeks beyond my lease to close my home loan. I have proper notice of leaving and for that additional month my rent went from $1049 to $2,025. What a rip off. Very disappointed in the way they handled that, terrible service.

Love Carrington Hills! Beautiful apt homes and grounds and the best office staff in the world!!! I have lived here 3 years now and it's the best apt home I have ever lived at.

First note of importance is that water is fairly high compared to what I'm used to in a one bedroom and paying $25 a month for valet trash is a little over the top, but it's Franklin, where things like that seem to be the norm.

I've lived here for 4 years and have never had a better home environment! My view is gorgeous, the management is super caring, maintenance is quick and efficient, and I feel really safe here! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!
