I expected some reimbursement for costs for repairs on unit only 17 months old and a recurrence 7 mo

Would not give me any monetary reimbursement for 2 calls to installer who purchased the heat pump to install at my residence. Twice in 7 months the freon has leaked out and copper lines had to be re-soldered. This is a 2 year old unit. Said they were not responsible for mechanical failurre!
