Local Farms to Center of the Plate
Chef Michael Weaver has traveled near and far, cooking in kitchens across the United States finding new recipes and ideas to make the Carriage House of Livermore a truly exemplary culinary experience.
The many changes we have made include a renovated kitchen and dining room. We are in the process of updating our curb appeal, our new sign is up and we are working with local farms, greenhouses and landscapers to design an attractive and functional appearance to our property.
As we move into our new chapter we are building relationships with local farmers to supply our restaurant with the freshest possible products. This aligns with our strong sense community and provides local farms an additional venue to sell their products, ultimately creating a more self-sustained community.
