Don't let them catch you unaware! I special ordered hardwood flooring. When it arrived, it was so defective that my contractor would not install it. Carpet One refused to refund my money! Now I am stuck with defective flooring and am out nearly $1,800.00. I was not told that they would not refund my money if the flooring is defective. I don't see how this company can remain in business operating so unconscionably. I have never before done business with a company who would not stand behind the products which they sell.

I had to go get me own carpet samples after waiting for guy to show up for one week, then bring them back. They overcharged me on installation and wouldn't give me a refund. Plus the day of installation, no one showed up! I had to call…
