Help us make it rightVery pleased with my carpet purchase. It was done by 2 installers that were very polite and did a great job. I am very glad my friend recommended them, and the price was lower than other places I had checked out.
I was promised that the carpet they installed will be replaced due to installation issue... even with a diligent followup calls, excuses as to why they cannot do the replacement.... then the lies came.... the carpet were never replaced. Save your self the trouble, headache and heartache.

Call owner Allison Jordan to try to resolve situation with seam in the carpet and all she is giving me is the run around. I have tried several times but she will not correct or respond. Sent some man to my home without credentials, identification, and vehicle with company marking, nothing to say he was qualified and reliable. Installer started at 230p and didn’t complete job til 945p.
They have your money they dont care.
I was promised by Brad that the carpet they installed were gonna be replaced due to an installation issue after he came to my house to look at the complain I have, he even had his daughter with him.
Even with diligent followup calls, excuses after excuses from Allison as to when the replacement will be done. Then came the lies... schedules me for a replacement but no-call, no show. Brenda tells me that the company does not have the money to do the replacement... weeks became months. Carpet was never replaced.
multiple seams still appear on my carpet and it was not stretched...the workers just layed it down and kicked it in with their feet. they looked as if they had been up all night doing drugs and looked like they all just got aout of jail.
