I called the office in Jacksonville so they can send someone to fix our collapsed air duct and they never called me back. I've called several times because it was 93 degrees in our home and my infant son was constantly sweating. It's been 4 days and still No one has contacted me. You lost the business of all 3 of our accounts today by telling a 77 year old that she has to wait a week and half for an emergency call to fix her A/C in this heat. Completely unsat. Not even an offer for a loaner window unit. Mr. Jones would have never allowed such poor practices.
