It is wonderful to have such a quality restaurant in Old Town Manassas. We had an excellent dining experience at Carmello's. The restaurant is much improved since we went many years ago. Needing gluten-free options, we found many on the Winter menu. Only one truly vegetarian (no fish) entrée was available, however. It would be nice to have other non-meat/fish/poultry/seafood choices.
