This is one of my favorite restaurants. I didn't even know they had a website until I visited yellowpages.com. This is my new favorite link.

Caribbean Chef's menu includes soups, salads, jerk chicken, beef, seafood, and crab cakes. It is open Monday through Thursday from 11am to 6pm and Friday and Saturday from 11am to 9:30pm.
