Do not contact Care Advantage for any service. I called a day in advance to cancel a visit and not only did someone still show up, but they tried to Bill me for the visit. No apology from those involved at the office. I would not trust them with the care of my loved one.

I work for a Hospice Company and we work very closely with Care Advantage to provide best care to our patients. I also refer personal family friends to them!!! They provide excellent care and are very compassionate about what they do!!

My mother was Hospic and we used Care Advantage for respite ❤ care the LPNs where amazing they where very professional caring and truly an answer for my prayers. Not only did they meet the clients needs the support given to the family was an extra bonus for us. The compassion and understanding during a trying time was wonderful. The Chesapeake Office is the MOST unprofessional home health company I have EVER worked for. I will NEVER recommend any one to them after being treated as unfairly as I have been. I had multiple patients complain DAILY about there incompetence as a care giving company. I only hope when the time comes for my family to need care I'll be able to find a company that is completely 100% opposite of...
