Wait time is long, usually called back an hour after my appointment time. Total time in office is usually 1 and a half hours. Staff is kind. Doctor is kind but doesn't seem like she reviews my chart before seeing me. Didn't bring up concerns that were mentioned in previous visit. Have only seen her for pre natal care. I can't say much about Dr. Prioleau because I waited over an hour before I gave up on my first scheduled appointment. However, the office is extremely outdated and cluttered. The equipment looks old, the examination seats are tearing, there's dark carpet in the patient rooms and it's stained, etc. I wouldn't have felt comfortable in the office setting to have any procedures done anyway. She performed a membrane strip without my consent. She didn't care that I said I didn't want to induce and didn't tell me ahead of time. The only reason she told me after the fact was because it ended up causing excruciating pain and she had to explain what she had done. Another time I waited almost an hour to see her.
