Thats all they do is sell you a car and when you show them the defect, the just tell you to deal with it. I will never buy another car there again.

I have to somewhat agree to the other comments about Car America. I have bad credit and I will give them the benefit of the doubt that the salesperson really worked hard to find a lender for me but once that was done things began to become unprofessional...for instance I was never told how much the lender was willing to loan me and after specifically talking with the lender and telling them...

This company is extremely shady. The service manager at the brook road location is completely incompetent...do not take your vehicle here to be serviced!
