I've never been treated so horribly by a business in my life! I spoke with the owner (at least he said he was the owner) and he was rude and abusive. Completely unprofessional in every way. Steer away from this business at all costs.

We bought an item, which was a stock item (not special order) for a job. We didn't end up needing the part, so planned to return it next time we were in Louden.
