I only gave them one star because its required to in order to post something. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR LOT!!! DONT BUY!!! My parents recently purchased a car from them March 11th (please note today is march 21). I went to Capitol Car Credit in Georgetown and I needed reliable transportation. My credit sucked due to my divorce and they were able to help me. I rebuilt my credit across all 3 bureaus and after 3 years I was able to upgrade my car with them. I understand some people have had bad experiences but mine has been great. I purchase a vehicle from them 3 months ago with the understanding that servicing had been done. The car is in great shape and I presumed all was good. The experiance went great with out any problems until after I signed the dotted line. I have now had the car three months and have had to put new shocks/struts, 4 new tires, transmission service, new air filter and oil change. The driver side door does not like to open and the key falls out of the ignition while driving (yes the car is still moving down the road). I have spent more money in things that should have already been done than...
