His humble, calm and precision approach to restoring damaged or dinged furniture and picture frames is an incredible act to witness. John has refinished many things for me over the years. He has also handled some very difficult repairs for me. His museum training makes him especially qualified to handle older pieces. He is a fantastic value too.
