I wouldn't even give this branch a star if I had the option. I met with two different associates including the manager and they were both incredibly rude. Obviously customer service is not...

This branch is a joke. No one acknowledged me when I walked in. There are no tellers at this branch. Waited 40 minutes to get a cashiers check. I ended up closing my account.
