We had a wonderful time! The sunset was beautiful, the tour guide was interesting and knowledgeable and watching the bats was nothing short of spectacular.

So I'm disappointed... Poor customer service gets this company 2 stars.. They decided to cancel the cruise due to weather, which is fine. It's the way they canceled that gets the 2 stars. Literally walking up and they cancel. Could you call or text?? They re are not many people on these boats. And email? …
