Called to get an estimate and they were friendly enough and quick to respond, however, they used a lot of words like "probably", "could be", and "around" instead of giving me an actual quote. I told them that I'd called at least 3 other shops that had given me precise estimates that they would email me and asked them to do the same, they refused and said that they could not give me an exact...
