Dr. Thoma is a very capable and excellent chiropractor. My only concern was related to the difficulties that I had being reimbursed after my insurance company issued payment. Also I had to remind his staff numerous times to submit reimbursement claims to my insurance company. It would be a better business decision if he hired a bookkeeper to assist with claims involving an insurance company.
