I think monkies built this place. What a piece of crap! Management is incompetent and never around. If they see you coming they run and hide.
Some of the residents are rude and completely ignorant.
Dogs are allowed to roam with out a leash. SMU frat house or so it seams. All interior and exterior doors slam. People here are inconsiderate of others.
For the rent they charge you can do much...

This place is not the Ashton or any of the other nice apartments in the area. The management changed at 3 times in less than a year (and they all suck). The place is dirty, built cheaply, and will fall apart quickly. I can't wait to move out at the end of my lease, and so many other tenants feel the same way. DON'T MOVE HERE
