All of the attorneys at Cannella & O'Neal work hard to achieve justice for their clients. Some cases are more complicated than others and it sounds like your case went into litigation. The reason the case was filed in court was to attempt to get the best possible outcome on your case. Despite complications it sounds like you actually got a great resolution by hiring the firm of Cannella & O'Neal.
I do not all agree with the above statement. The 3 attorneys at Cannella & O'Neal work very hard on every case. Every case if different and there are sometimes obstacles to work around so it may be difficult to place the blame on the Attorney or the firm. You have to look in to everything with the case, medical treatment and the insurance company. I would at any time use this firm for assistance.
Way to slow. Took them a year to file my case with the courts after my doctor released me. Almost lost my home because of dragging there feet. I think they were just waiting on a settlement. When one was made they advised me to take it. I did get a settlement but I think it took to long on their part. They filed with the courts 2 days before the deadline to file. I would not recommend them.
