Shuttle service is very unreliable.They do manage airport runs,but cant find the time to take someone to grocery store. Must be union, the guys job is just for airport not krogers.
Also the allow construction guys to drink outside at the gazebo and they are noisey,sometimes past mid night,if your room is on that side and are a light sleeper...

This hotel was really It was clean, it had many amenities and the kitchenette was an amazing bonus. The only issues was that there was confusion pertaining to bed sizes (we received double beds when in actuality, we needed queen bed) and the walls were thin--we could hear people walking above; we also heard the doors shutting loudly very often....

The chain is nice but this place needs some help.
Flat pillows, the chair sunk, the bed was in need of a replacement.
