I liked the people who ran the desk but the young military people who also were staying there were very disrespectful and the hotel had their hands full keeping them contained....thankfully we weren't working in that area very long so it wasn't so bad,the employees there deserve every penny they get plus some for the mess they were dealing with...

I was very happy with the new look of the rooms. The front desk staff was very friendly. I especially like the direct TV tons of channels and easy to change the channels. The location was perfect for my business trip and Starbucks is right across the street.

We stayed here to access Richmond/Petersburg over a week of sight seeing and watching the Cycling World Championships. The time to Richmond was about 20 min. to get to downtown and the drive is pretty. No traffic problems. From Hopewell to Mt. Vernon or Monticello was about 2 hrs.
The hotel is clean and secure, the computer room was nice...

We have stayed here twice -- Once as we were transferring our soldier to Ft Lee from basic and then another on a weekend visit.
Very clean hotel, staff is excellent. (no maid/housekeeping service on the weekends - no problem there, if you want fresh towels, just take them down to desk) I like that option b/c it gives you...
