didnt get what I paid for

Reserved room 2 weeks before - 2 beds in room. even checked in online the night before and didnt learn till I got there (after a 10 hour drive) that they didnt have the room I reserved nor did they have a better room to move us to. I had no choice but to accept and be forced into a smaller room.

Comfortable bed, easy highway access, friendly employees.

If you are expecting an IHG heaven experience, that location has not been offered yet and if it is, your not checking out. Otherwise my stay here was great. I’ve read previous reviews for here, and thought are we as IHG members doing ALL we can to make the experience the best we can for others? Is it near a highway? Nice place to stay

Overall it was a great experience. The rooms were clean and appliances were functional. Bathroom was in good condition with only a minor bit of rust on the shower rod. Only thing I would have liked to see was new towels and sheets. They were showing signs of wear.

Stinky room but guest safety was top concern

Our room had issues with smell and dirty dishes but was remedied once we dealt with stuff in the disposal that should not have been there ( shrimp tails and safety pin) reloaded the dishwasher and re-ran it. After that our room smelled better and the dishes were clean. Staff at the front desk were concerned for safety of females checked in at their hotel. My name was on reservation, and the...
