Living at campus park has been pretty good. However, my only complaint is about one blonde guy who doesn't know what he's doing or talking about. He's never there and will promise you anything you want, but when it comes time to get it, he flakes outt and your left with nothing. You can talk ot anyone else, but him! He screws anything thing up, so beware!

This place sucks and is expensive for what it is - a dump. I made the mistake of living here for my first apartment. Best advice for anyone in Denton go with one of the smaller apartment complexs they are usualy maintained better and do not have a corporate policy of screwing their tenants.

Lets see my roommate got pistol whipped, one of my friends got their car stolen, another friend's car got broken into. This place is awful, my apartment was a dump when I moved into it. The amenities are run down,or broken. On a positive, the office staff is very nice, as is the maintence people. I had tons of problems with noise, and I was constantly calling the cops.
