Cant reach doctor and have to keep waiting for information. No direct nurse line available and do not receive response immediately. I have been patient for 2 months to get my problem solved, but looks like I will have to approach some other professional with no solution and no information as such. Bad service for patients

Dr Royster was highly recommended to me and I made a new patient appointment 3 months in advance. Worth the wait for a great DR! Come to find out, they scheduled me with a nurse practitioner (without notifying me!) and only gave me 15 minutes. They called to reschedule me a week before my appt to give me 30 min (this is how I found out about the wrong DR) and nothing available for 2-3 more...

She is patient and kind and listens to all complaints and concerns.I cannot express enough how much my husband and I love and trust her and her nurse Rolanda!

She is very concerned about each person and goes far and beyond for people she is the BEST dematolist dr I have EVER had and will have. Also her Nurse Roe is also wonderful too
