I dont get all the bad hype people are posting, I lived here for a year and never had a major issue. The office girls were very friendly and helpful willing to listen.The maintenance crew was always there when needed. These apartments are located close to everything! Yes they are older apartments but they are well maintained and for the price and size they are Great!

I have been renting here for the past year and just renewed my lease for another year. So far it's been great, had a few small maintenance problems but they came and fixed them.

Affordable and great staff of young ladies in the front office who go above and beyond to assist the residents (Anita, Jessika, Kaitlyn, & Jennifer). Top notch maintenance personnel, have always been timely and professional!
