I went here for my yearly exam and to see if there way anything "wrong" as hubby and I have been trying for 6 months with no luck. The staff and Dr. Callender were extremely rude! First I had a common yeast infection. The nurse called to tell me this, but rather than saying it is a yeast infection she told me that I need to talk to my husband and see who he has been with! Thanks for almost killing my marriage! Second when I went in for a follow up I was told the Dr was at the hospital yet I heard her in the room next to me talking to a prego lady about her baby and laughing about everything. When she finally came in to my room almost an hour later all she did was look at my chart and say "here is a referral to the Jones Institute." She never did anything to see or even talk to me about options, just said nope it's you, bye. After I left I told the front desk that I was really upset with the treatment and wished to see a new Dr. I was told that Callender was the best.. HA! What a joke! So I found a new Dr's office a true office that cares about people and was informed that I have a credit at CFWH. I called them about it was told check is in the mail, 2 weeks later and no check, when I asked why after a year did I have to call them to get my unused money back, they said they don't check for credits and unless you call and request it they will never send you out the money. Funny that if you owe them a penny they will send you a notice for that, but if they over charge you their out look is who cares! If you want a good caring Dr go to a diffident office, unless you like a rude staff and even ruder doctors!
