A specific realtor was extremely rude and unprofessional after we purchased a home that was for sale by owner. Will never go through Callebs again.

This is not a very good realty company. Thier associates expect you to react within 6 to 8 hours with no information of what you will be expected to pay, or even if you have the correct documentation. The closing will be annouced only upon the same day, no warning of where or when it will happen. They do not have the ability to estimate your payments, or what those payments will entail, so...
