Closed and out of business

This was a very popular Mexican restaurant, but it closed about a year ago. The food was good as was the service. No knowledge of why it closed.

Great burger. No gristle, no bones. Sirloin ground fresh daily

Great Burger. Best Burger I have ever found in Madison. I don't like gristle or bones in a Burger. You will find neither in the tasty burgers at Calhoun's. My server tells me they ground actual sirloin here daily.
Under 10. With a side.
Mac and cheese tasted as if they use sliced American cheese and milk. Kinda like moms....

Very helpful staff. Food was very good. We weren't really hungry so we shared a platter. Was plenty for 2. Waiter was very helpful.

We visited Calhoun's for the first time. While the waitress and manager were very nice and attentive, the ribs were dry and hard. I was really hoping for better fall-off-the-bone ribs and they didn't deliver. We did arrive late in the evening so I don't know if our ribs had been sitting a while or what the issue was. I...
