If it was not bad enough that they are extremely rude, The craftsmanship was awful as well. I highly recommend against using them for anything. They charged double the estimated price without consulting us. They took double the time to finish the job and the job was done to an incredibly low quality …

I strongly recommend that you do not use caitos upholstery waterman ave east providence RI. Almost everything that could go wrong did go wrong. First the price came out to double the quoted amount and they did not notify us or ark if this was ok. The job was not even done properly and the result was no better than if I did it myself and did not even try. Finally they were extremely rude and...
