Atrocious Service and Ripoff Pricing

Stay away from these thieves. They charged a small fortune to install a toilet. A few months later the wax seal at the base of the toilet started leaking because it was improperly installed. They came back and charged $355 to do the job again. This is an absurd charge, especially considering they did it wrong the first time. I challenged he charges - the answer was ""tough"". Okay, but never again.

This is more than twice what it should cost for this job. Replacing a wax seal requires shutting off the water (closing a valve), removing a line, and taking off two nuts. It's a less...

Caffi has done many jobs for us in the past and each time the quality of the work has declined and has ended up costing us $$$$ it turned out we did not have to spend. \r
Will never recommend.

Our problem was clogging and leaking in a toilet. Caffi's customer service told us that a plumber would arrive between 8AM and noon. A plumber came at 1 PM. When I tried to explain the problem to him, he kept telling me that he could not assume anything that he had to figure...
