First and formost this is the worst run company in the industry. They have all sorts of management issues. The owners split their time between Florida and Vermont. The office manager has no clue...

Hartigan does a "crappy" (no pun intended) job pumping septic tanks and has the worst customer service. The owner included. Carl, the owner, would not accept the fact that his driver messed up....

Worst customer service experience ever! I tried to give a rating of no stars, but yelp doesn't let you...Even when I dealt with the owner directly, I was talked down to repeatedly, then TWICE...
