Great stylists...bad management!

I got my hair done by this nice asian woman, tina, and she did a great job on the cut. but the color came out horrible. i love my hair and i don't i am a really finicky person about who does it and how it gets done. but the color that they owner buys must be cheap because it didnt cover my greys, and it didnt come out anywhere close to the swatch color that the owner showed me. then when i went to the check out, the price was too high for a salon that didn't look any better than a hair cuttery. the stylist did a great job, but the management in the place should definitely reconsider how they're running things.

Non-formaldahyde keratin treatment I was nervous about doing any kind of chemical treatment to improve my hair... what could go wrong? Anything from ruined hair to an increased risk of cancer depending on the one you choose. On the other hand, less frizz, less time styling, great looking hair? Priceless. …

My experience was terrible.The keratin treatment I received ruined my hair!My hair was extremely dry and brittle afterwards, unlike any treatment I've ever had and I've had around 8 treatments.I had to cut my hair a few days later.
