This was the worst service ever!! He came to repaired my refrigerator twice for the same issue. The repair guy (Moses) charged a $69 analysis fee and quoted a rate for a heating unit. Overcharged for the heating unit and had to return within less than a week because now it's a wire that was missed. No more than 3 days later, the same problem with my refrigerator and now it's the control...
Do not use this service repair guy. He came to fix my refrigerator and said it needed a heating unit. He quoted a price which I later found out was too much. When he repaired, I had to call him back less than a week later for the same issue. This time it was another part that needed replacing (wire), I was charged …
I may be a woman but I'm not stupid. This guy tried to tell me my washer needed a new sensor (grand total of $83.xx) and that would remedy the problem. I knew that was not going to fix my washer's issue (was not consistently spinning during spin cycle) and challenged him. He tested it and sure enough...bad transmission. So thanks to me, he walked away with $49 (service call fee) and not $83.00 while leaving me with a still broken washing machine.
