This company is unprofessional and service is way below standard. The initial visit was timely. Tech came out and evaluated the problem with my dishwasher. I paid my deposit to have the part ordered and serviced. The Tech took the number wrong and after I made several calls, I found out that the part number was written incorrectly and had to reorder the part. Well almost 4 weeks later, after several calls, the part still has not been been received. Furthermore, the woman who answers the phone is very Rude, has poor customer service skills, and raised her voice when I expressed discontent over the service. She completely Dismissed their responsibility in this situation.
DON'T CONSIDER CALLING THESE PEOPLE FOR SERVICE!!!

DO NOT USE!!! Terrible service - brought in to repair our stove and they installed the wrong model parts. They keep telling us they'll get the parts in two weeks -- they've been saying that for 9 months. They never refunded our money and haven't responded to BBB. They are a dishonest company - beware!
I can not recommend C&T Appliance Repair. The one positive is that they did come out the same day. C&T Appliance repair charged me $75 including tax for a ""service charge"" which they said would be applied towards parts and labor as long as I chose to do the repair with them. However, after inspection they claimed could not tell me the price that day as they had to look up the cost of parts.
