I live in Cockeysville and own a local custom home construction company, I have ordered topsoil, mulch,sand and stone from this company many times over the past 10 years or more, for both my business and personal use. Their products are consistently of an good quality and competively priced. . Deliveries are prompt, which keeps my jobs running smoothly.
We had used this company multiple times in the past, and their delivery service was reliable and prompt. However, recently we ordered six yards of topsoil from them, and what we got was nowhere near the rich, filtered soil we expected. It was hard, dry and filled with rocks, small tree branches and sticks, even broken glass! It was really a disappointment. And fill dirt (which is what we got)...

We bought top soil in April of '07 from CD Thomas. The soil was not very good, contained far too many rocks, a significant amount of clay, and is unsuitable for trying to grow grass. Very, very disappointing.
