We had a plumbing emergency yesterday that was less than pleasant (downstairs plumbing would not drain and was backing up). My husband called Busy Bee and was told someone would be here between 12-2 pm. I came home from work at noon and as I walked into my house, Robert, the owner called to tell me he would be here in 10 minutes and he was. He found the problem quickly - identifying a blockage in the drain in my front yard. It was a big hunk of concrete, likely left by the builders a few years ago which collected debris and eventually blocked my outflow drainage. Robert remedied the problem...

I've been a long time customer of Busy Bee Plumbing and have always recommended them highly.

A friend needed a plumber and arranged a early morning appointment. Busy Bee never showed up or called.

The owner says that the bible teaches forgiveness. Unfortunately forgiveness will not solve a plumbing problem.

I was referred to Busy Bee by one of his colleagues. My experience with Busy Bee was great. As suggested, I called and scheduled an appointment. I got one quickly and Busy Bee arrived on time. They worked diligently and professionally. Upon completion of their work, they were unable to confirm the unclogging of the drain. So they waited patiently for the septic tank service to arrive to ensure the drain was working properly.
