They fixed what others couldn't. I called another fireplace place in Racine who wouldn't even look at my fireplace based on the manufacturer. We love our Avalon Wood burning insert. The people that sold it and installed it were very nice. However, now it is in and we are enjoying the cozy heat it provides. We notices it takes an incredibly long time for the fan to turn after we initial light the fire (1 hour average). Not only is it a long time, but it is extremely hot.
