I bought a baby dresser for my daughter in January 00'. I did not receive it until April. When we arrived home and opened it, the dresser was badly damaged. I immediately called and they promised a new one. It then again took several weeks before I gave up and requested a refund, this was in May. We then had to bring the dresser back ourselves.
