I am a current resident and don't plan on renewing my lease and would never live in a property owned by Greystar again. Other than the great location and the affordability I have nothing good to say about this place. It's an old building so everything is always broken from the elevators to the washers/dryers to leaks in my bathroom. The people who live in this building are also a bit sketchy....
