I lived in an apartment rented by these folks. The ladies in the office are nice, but the owner is incompetent, rude, and inconsiderate. Multiple times i've had problems he has claimed he called the appropriate people to have something done and it takes up to 5 more calls to actually have anything done. I have yet to have a problem in the apartment that he didn't marginalize as nothing but an ""inconvenience"" including having water literally pouring into my apartment through a leak in my ceiling. He actually laughed at me and told me to ""go get a hotel if it bothers me that much.""

My brief experience with BMG was short for a reason.

The office staff has a demeaning tone and has no interest in trying to provide customer service, even to potential renters.

I suggest avoiding the company if possible and going with a group that has the ability to communicate in a professional and adult tone.

The owner of this business is its worst asset. The office staff is surly, rude and inconsiderate. It is no wonder that every time you visit there, there are ""new"" but temporary employees!

No one at ""BMG"" displays any professionalism or any business sense. The whole operation is just terribly unprofessional!

I looked at the reviews after dealing with BMG and was so surprised! I actually asked the ladies in the office if they were talking about the same place. They laughed and said yes. They explained that the company had been through very much needed staffing changes. That made sense because the dates on the negative reviews are old.

My experience was nothing like the reviews that I have read. The staff is very friendly and professional. I have personally recommended them to friends and family for both rental and management needs.
