I was in the drive thru line 11:20 pm, 12/11/09. I sat at the drive thru speaker 2 to 3 minutes without any response. Your employee was not at the speaker, i thought maybe the speaker was broken so i pulled up to the window.the ladie there stated that she could not take my order at the window because there were cars behind. I sat in line and had patiently waited my turn but she wasn't caring...

In ShortFounded in 1954, this ultracasual eatery (often with a drive-through) made its name with hamburgers cooked over flames and finished with the customer's choice of toppings. The signature sandwich has always been the Whopper, a quarter-pound burger with tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, ketchup, pickles and onions. The menu also features fish fillets and spicy chicken sandwiches, garden salads with fire-grilled shrimp and chicken, the breakfast "Croissan'wich," crispy onion rings and even veggie burgers.
