Unprofessional owners!!!!

The owners of this company are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to their clients. I strongly feel that no one should consider using this business. The Vice President of the company came to my home and made extremely negative comments about my personal appearance. I decided to mention this to the President because it truly did not sit well with me. After I placed the complaint, the company chose to discontinue services at my home. The President did not bother to call me to discuss the matter. After I emailed the company and called the company to leave a message, I finally got an email stating they are discontinuing my services and will be coming by to retrieve their property! I had been with this company for 7 years and was a loyal, paying customer. The vice-president denied making the disrespectful statements and the President took her word over me, the customer. In my opinion, this company showed no loyalty to long standing customers!!! I do not recommend this company if you want to be treated with respect!!!!!

Unfortunately, in this situation on this customer complaint, I had to discontinue her services with our company, on the following situation. The conversation was a general talk with Tracy (Service Tech/Partner) and the wife. And yes, they have been customer for several years. The only comment that was made, was that Tracy like her (the customer) hair better long. Now, understand that our company is only run by me & Tracy, from service,scheduling,billing,etc.. so we do have a more personal relationship with our customers. Some even consider us family since we have been servicing them since we open in March 2000 till this day. Now, what the problem was, the customer called Tracy and left a message on her phone about her comment to her about her hair. Now, the words the wife uses is a bit more harsh than what Tracy actually stated. (Taken out of context) Then about 24 hours I received an e-mail from the wife basically stating the same statement as she left on Tracy's cell phone. Now, at this point Tracy decided to refuse servicing her house because the general conversation was taken out of context more so than what was really said. At this point, Tracy refuses to service her home due to a conflict between the owner & the "service tech"(partner/owner). So, the only option is for me to service the home, but I am currently unable to service the home myself due to the lawn care side of business I personally over see & run. So, I am unable to properly provide services to her home.(Again, it is only Tracy & I that provide services.) So, the only option was to refund her last payment in full that just recently made and also informed the customer that we were not going to retrieved any of our stations from her property. So, the impression that we discontinue her services because of her complaint is not true, I discontinue her services because I was unable to provide services, since Tracy refuse to service her home.(Due to the conversation taken out of context.) I have also explain that to the owner why I had to discontinue services at her home, I had nobody to provide services any longer at her home, since Tracy refuse to provide service & I am taking care of the lawn care side of the business and could not properly provide services to her home, due to my schedule is booked every month.

If you want your home totally protected against termites this is not the company to use. They have great pitches and advertisements but this is all this company is good for. Recently I had this company come to my home for their 399.00 special to treat my home. they explained they would treat the perimeter of my home and install bait stations as a secondary protection plan surrounding my home. After communicating at length with the ValuePest president (Bob Jones), I am convinced that the experience that I had with this company was the exception, rather than the norm.

After ValuePest management and I thoroughly reviewed and discussed the events leading to my complaint, it appears that both sides had contributed to the unfortunate misunderstanding that prompted me to initiate this negative review. After our discussions, ValuePest and I have settled our differences to my complete satisfaction.
