been to quite a few Buffalo Wild Wings throughout the country... this one has the best customer service, the serving staff is very friendly and very attentive

We used the wrong words when describing how we wanted our chicken cook. When the food arrived to the table both my friend and I looked down with a sad face. The manager came over, a very soft spoken lady, not only did she correct the issue she reduced our bill.

Not a big "B-Dubs" but the food is usually good and the service is always on par. Not impressed but not disappointed, this place is your run of the mill sports bar. I've definitely been to better BWW's but this one gets the job done.

There was a short wait and then we were seated, but then it took a while for our server to come over. We ordered and got drinks, and the food took a long time to get to the table - and they gave us the wrong food. We told our waitress and she said to just have what she brought...

First time at this location, doesn't disappoint...standard B-dubs' fare. Had my usual, boneless mango habanero, sweet bbq and asian zing. Service was good, but the credit card machine went down. Despite that our server apologized and continued to take care of us. Beer was cold and the bar area was pretty open for a Saturday night.
